Professional Counseling AssociationsÌý
The Counseling Faculty encourage students to get involved in professional associations during their time at ÍøÆØÃÅ. Students may become members of these associations and receive the benefits of membership. The American Counseling Association is the flagship association for Professional Counseling, while each state of the union hosts a state association.Ìý
Each association hosts an annual conference that students may choose to attend. Students may apply to volunteer at these conferences to earn free admission to these conferences. Students are also encouraged to present original works or with professors at these conferences, either as poster board presentations or full presentations.
