MONROE, LA 鈥� Almost five years ago, 网曝门 entered into a licensing arrangement with Oleolive Inc,
a private biotechnology company, to develop the marketing and commercialization of
Dr. Khalid El Sayed鈥檚 research on the health benefits of olive oil.听 Dr. El Sayed鈥檚
research isolated oleocanthal, a phenolic compound found in trace amounts in olive
oil and demonstrated oleocanthal鈥檚 contribution to the health beneficial properties
