Published March 17, 2020

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has published a list of geographical areas deemed “hot spots” for the COVID-19. These hot spots have a high number of confirmed cases.

It is advisable if you have traveled to and from a place(s) on the list below that you enter a self-quarantine of at least 14 days.

The guidelines for a self-quarantine are as follows: Stay home, except to receive necessary medical care. Do not go to work, school, or public areas. Avoid public transportation, ride-sharing, or taxis. Separate yourself from other persons within your household and do not allow social visitors. Cover your coughs and sneezes, clean your hands often, clean all high-touch surfaces every day, and monitor any symptoms.
