ÍøÆØÃÅ will hold commencement ceremonies on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, in Fant-Ewing Coliseum. Due to state regulations on the number of people who can be in the coliseum at one time, separate ceremonies for each college will be held throughout the day.

8 a.m. – College of Arts, Education, and Sciences
11 a.m. – College of Business and Social Sciences
3 p.m. – College of Health Sciences
6 p.m. – College of Pharmacy
in Fant-Ewing Coliseum
The schedule is: 8 a.m. – College of Arts, Education, and Sciences; 11 a.m. – College of Business and Social Sciences; 3 p.m. – College of Health Sciences; and 6 p.m. – College of Pharmacy.Ìý Graduate students will participate with their academic colleges during these time periods.

President Dr. Ron Berry met with college deans, school directors, and the commencement committee to plan a safe and meaningful way to honor the summer and fall 2020 ÍøÆØÃÅ graduates.

“We appreciate the significance of this occasion to our graduates and their families and are doing what we can to recognize and honor their achievements, Berry said. “The deans, directors, committee members, and staff are working to ensure regulations and safety measures are in place for Dec. 19.â€

The temperature of each person will be checked before entering the coliseum. Everyone must wear face masks and practice social distancing. Seating will be marked in the coliseum. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided.

Graduates will be limited to two guests, and tickets will be required. Information on how to order tickets will be sent in a separate email. For those who cannot attend the ceremonies, live streaming of the individual ceremonies will be available.Ìý Due to spacing limitations, the Spring 2020 graduates will be invited to participate in the Spring 2021 commencement exercise.ÌýÌý
