Communication guidelines

  • When searching for information, we ask that all students, faculty, staff, and others in our community refer only to official University communications (ulm.edu/coronavirus, the official University social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), not departmental social media platforms.
  • We ask that campus-affiliated social media accounts share content from our University accounts in order to spread correctÌýand consistentÌýinformation about our University’s response.
  • The Office of Academic Affairs has been and will continue to be in touch with deans as we discuss our response to this changing situation.
  • All media inquiries should be forwarded to Kelsey Bohl (bohl@ulm.edu) and Hope Young (hyoung@ulm.edu).
  • If you receive specific questions regarding novel coronavirus and the steps the University is taking, forward those questions toÌýomc@ulm.edu.ÌýÌýUniversity Communications will route the question to the rightÌýagency/person, and we will respond as quickly as we can. Do note that in these types of situations, it may take some time to respond.Ìý

Thanks again for your efforts.Ìý I am very proud of the manner our campus community has responded to this unprecedented event.
