ÍøÆØÃÅ School of Visual and Performing Arts hosts the District High School Marching Festival at Malone Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
Approximately 13 high school bands from throughout northeast Louisiana will participate. The first performance begins at 3:30 p.m.
The festival is the culminating event for high school bands during the marching season. They have devoted weeks preparing their shows for this performance. For the spectator, it will be like seeing 13 halftime shows in a row.

The ÍøÆØÃÅ Sound of Today will march an exhibition performance after the high school
bands have performed. Following the SOT performance will be an announcement of the
ratings and presentation of awards.Ìý
The public is invited to attend the festival. Admission is $5 per person with children
under 6 admitted free. ÍøÆØÃÅ students, faculty and staff are free with valid ID.
