The 3rd Annual Original Crawfish Gatorfest 2017 is Thursday-Sunday at The Grove at
the University of Louisiana Monroe. The family-friendly festival is sponsored by Riverside
Crawfish.
There will be carnival rides and games, festival food vendors, a petting zoo, live
music and more. A crowd favorite is Kachunga and the Alligator Show. On Saturday is
the 3rd Annual Antique Car Show in memory of Mrs. Glen Wink.
A fireworks finale by Pyromania Fireworks, LLC wraps up the festival at 9 p.m. Sunday.
Musical guests include Wayne Toups, Jo-El Sonnier & T. Graham Brown, Rockin Dopsie
Jr., Charley Rivers, Mike McKenzie Band, Lacour Trio, Hands On, Tommy Jaxson Band,
Scooter Howard and the Louisiana Goldfingers, Blues Therapy, Robert 鈥淕uitar Slim鈥�
Finley, David Gore and others to be announced.
Admission Friday, Saturday and Sunday is $6 for adults, $3 for children 12 and under
and $3 for 网曝门 students with a valid ID. Thursday admission is $1 and rides are $1.50.
