Noble is excited and honored to be a part of the competition. The artwork that has been selected includes black and white pictures of cities she visited including as Berlin, Paris and London.
鈥淓verywhere you turn in Europe is another photo opportunity, so it is easy to be inspired by the cities and the landscapes,鈥 she said.
The exhibit will also feature her 鈥淩ectilinear鈥 series, a collection of acrylic paintings created with pixilating techniques. Unlike her black and white photographs, the canvases are wildly colorful.
Not new to recognition, Noble鈥檚 work, 鈥淗ampton Court Palace Gardens,鈥 won the award for Best Photograph in last year鈥檚 show.
鈥淲e are so proud of our talented faculty. I attended the Big Easel last year and was very impressed with Joni鈥檚 work. I am looking forward to visiting the exhibit again this year,鈥 said Dr. Sandra Lemoine, dean of the College of Arts, Education, and Sciences.
鈥淭his recognition demonstrates that the faculty in our college are highly qualified and can share first-hand knowledge and experience with students.鈥
