ÍøÆØÃÅ extends deadlines for students after weather closures

As a result of the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s closure on Jan. 15-16 due winter weather, add/drop and payment deadlines have been changed to allow students additional time for these actions without affecting the date on which they will receive financial aid refunds. 

New deadlines are as follows:

The new date for first eight-week part of term course add/drop is at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 18.

The new date for full-term and second eight-week part of term course add/drop is at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22,

Bill payment for first eight-week part of term, second eight-week part of term, and full-term courses is at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22.

Students with questions should check with their academic adviser for add/drop information, the Financial Aid Office at 318-342-5320 for financial aid information, or the Controller’s Office at 318-342-5100 for bill payment information.
