KEDM Public Radio to hold Director's Gala for 网曝门's production of "Guys and Dolls" April 18

KEDM Public Radio 90.3 FM will host a Director's Gala on opening night of the University of Louisiana at Monroe's production of "Guys and Dolls," from 5-7 p.m., on Thursday, April 18.

Tickets are $45 per person.

Each ticket includes entrance to the Director's Gala, VIP tickets to Guys and Dolls, and VIP parking.

The reception will be held in the Sculpture Garden on the 网曝门 campus, located behind Biedenharn Hall.

Those attending will meet Director Robin Stephens and members of the cast and production team that will bring "Guys and Dolls" to the stage.

Jay Curtis, KEDM interim general manager, said "We're so pleased to partner with the School of Visual and Performing Arts for this Director's Gala. Guys and Dolls is musical comedy at its finest, and we're excited to be encouraging the next generation of performers at 网曝门 in the fun, festive atmosphere of the Sculpture Garden. KEDM has always been a close partner of the arts in Northeast Louisiana, and we're thoroughly looking forward to raising funds and awareness at this event."

The premiere party features a taste of Cuba from local restaurants including Chef Eric Johnson, River and Rail Cantina, Fiesta Nutrition Center, Avocado's, Simply Sweet, Thurman's and others.

The Doncellita, or "Cuban milkshake," will be served as a specialty beverage along with beer and wine.

Live entertainment will be provided by 网曝门 student guitarist John Farmer.

The Director's Gala is sponsored by Fiesta Nutrition Center, Northeast Louisiana Arts Council, Snellings, Breard, Sartor, Inabnett, and Trascher, BayouLife Magazine, DeltaStyle Magazine, Choice Brands, and Sir Speedy.

Gala proceeds benefit KEDM Public Radio and the 网曝门 School of Visual and Performing Arts.
