online MBA named nation’s “Best Buy”
The online Master of Business Administration Program at the University of Louisiana at Monroe has been ranked objectively as the number one “Best Buy” in the United States by the national review team at GetEducated.com.
According to the company’s web site, GetEducated.com is a consumer group that publishes online college and university rankings and ratings based on the dimensions that matter most to online students: affordability and credibility.
“This new, objective ranking by GetEducated.com further illustrates the quality, and more importantly, the value of our MBA program, which is extremely important given the trend of rising costs of higher education across the nation,” said Ron Berry, dean of the College of Business Administration at .
The ranking is based on a comprehensive review of 139 online MBA programs nationwide in the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation class.
Coming in at $8,990, ’s online MBA received an “A” affordability grade, and the top spot on the national list.
“Because of our accreditation through AACSB-International, the premier business accrediting body in the world, we have always known that our MBA program is one of the best,” continued Berry.
Being designated as a “best buy” indicates the degree program has been independently reviewed, and found to offer a high quality online degree at a cost well below the national average.
GetEducated.com states that programs that appear on the “Best Buy” list must objectively cost less than the average cost of all the distance masters degrees surveyed in the comprehensive, national data set.
GetEducated.com stresses that universities do not pay to be included in their rankings.
