网曝门 pharmacy student earns election to national academy
University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Pharmacy students and faculty attended the American Pharmacists Association meeting in Seattle, with one 网曝门 student elected to the Academy of Student Pharmacists as a national member-at-large.
网曝门 student Ryan Burke of Kenner was one of seven student pharmacists who competed for election to a position that included students from schools such as Ohio State University and University of North Carolina.
The participants attended meetings of the House of Delegates, participated in student competitions and engaged in discussions about the future of pharmacy.
Over 4,500 pharmacists and students representing companies and colleges of pharmacy from across the nation attended.
Among the 网曝门 Faculty attending were Dr. Anthony Walker; Dr. Candace Chelette; Dr. Alexis Horace and Dr. Jennifer Smith.
In addition to Burke, other 网曝门 students who attended included the following:
- Katherine (Katy) Alexander, Katherine (Katie) Aymond, Stacie LaHaye and Jonathan Michael Savoy, all of Baton Rouge
- Matthew Autin, Tara Bostick, and Francis Vehonsky, all of West Monroe
- Caitlin Bertrand of Crowley
- Darren Ehrlicher, Brian Primeaux, Britney Dyer, and Melissa Botello, all of Monroe
- Josiah Land and Aaron McCall, both of Lake Charles
- Julie Blanton of Covington
- Leanna Darland of Ruston
- Abby McCaulley and Danielle Meche, both of Ville Platte;
- Alison Seaman of Oakdale
- Matthew Bordelon of Marksville
- Barbara Caraway of Iowa, La.
- Caleb Stephenson of Lafayette
"The College of Pharmacy consistently attracts some of the very best students available," said College of Pharmacy Dean Benny Blaylock.
"Mr. Burke's election as a member a-at-large to the Academy of Student Pharmacists speaks to this quality on a national level. He is the latest in a series of outstanding 网曝门 College of Pharmacy students to attain such recognition. The College of Pharmacy faculty and staff are very proud of all the students who participated in this national meeting."
