网曝门 Business and Community Development Center to receive $20,000 boost

The Northeast Louisiana Business and Community Development Center at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is the recipient of a $20,000 community grant from the Chase Foundation.

Chase officials will hold a ceremony to present the check to 网曝门 at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 10, on the fifth floor of the Chase Commercial Office, 1900 N. 18th St., Monroe.

According to College of Business Administration Dean Ronald Berry, the 网曝门 Center provides the region development opportunities for leaders of community organizations and businesses, including training programs such as budgeting, leadership, planning, financial literacy, and other business-related topics.

Berry, the grant's author, said the grant funding will be used to expand the training provided to the community, especially to low-to-moderate income level citizens and to the clients of the business incubator which will be housed in the Center.

In addition to 网曝门, the Chase Foundation is awarding grants to Habitat for Humanity, the Monroe Chamber of Commerce/NOVA, Seeker Springs and United Way, for a total grant award of $125,000. The funding is provided to support community development, affordable housing and education.
