ÍøÆØÃÅ to Offer Japanese Calligraphy Workshop

Japanese instructor Nobu Asaoka is holding two free Japanese calligraphy workshops on March 28 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. All equipment will be provided and classes are open to everyone. The workshops will be held during International Student Week.

The workshops will introduce participants to Japanese calligraphy by comparing good, bad, and excellent examples. Basic techniques such as balance, strokes, stops, and splashes will be taught. All of the class work will be displayed on the third floor of Brown Hall.
